第二屆環太平洋紅樓夢國際學術研討會與議程
從坎培拉遙望原鄉
——第二屆環太平洋《紅樓夢》國際學術研討會
在南半球初秋微涼的氣息之中，我們即將迎來4月8日至9日舉行的第二屆環太平洋《紅樓夢》國際學術研討會。若說第一屆會議是一次「相逢」，讓來自不同文化與學術傳統的研究者彼此辨識、彼此傾聽，那麼第二屆，則更像是一場「再聚」，在已有的理解之上，持續深化、延展與轉化。
回顧首屆會議，我們以開放而多元的視角，探討《紅樓夢》在不同文化語境中的詮釋與流變。從文本細讀、版本考辨，到跨文化翻譯與接受史的討論，學者們不僅分享研究成果，更帶來各自文化中的閱讀經驗。那是一場真正意義上的「世界紅學」對話，也讓我們深刻體會，《紅樓夢》早已超越地域與語言，成為一部在全球不斷被重新發現的經典。
因此，本屆會議以「風月寶鑑的另一面」為題，試圖進一步探問：在既有的閱讀之外，《紅樓夢》還蘊藏著哪些尚未被照見的層次？「風月寶鑑」既照人情，也照虛妄；既映繁華，也映空無。我們期待透過多元的方法與視角——無論是性別研究、思想史詮釋、跨媒介研究，或數位人文與AI應用——共同翻轉觀看的角度，看見那一面隱而未顯的深層意義。
本屆與會學者來自世界各地，陣容堅實而多元。包括來自惠靈頓維多利亞大學的 Duncan Campbell 教授、美國威斯康星大學麥迪遜分校的 Rania Huntington 教授、馬里蘭大學的 Andrew Schonebaum 教授，以及韓國天主教大學的韓惠京教授等，皆長期深耕中國文學與紅學研究。台灣方面，則有國立中央大學的呂文翠教授與郭書瑄教授，持續推動跨領域的紅學研究與教學實踐；來自北京曹雪芹學會的位靈芝研究員，也為本會帶來紮實的學術視野。
在這樣的學術交流之中，我亦特別珍惜此次會議帶來的「人與人之間的相遇」。其中，與澳洲國立大學的范聖宇老師的相識，尤為難得。范老師長年致力於中國古典文學的海外教學與研究，兼具深厚學養與開闊視野。在與他的交流之中，我深深感受到一種跨文化學者特有的敏銳與溫度——既能細讀文本之幽微，又能將《紅樓夢》的精神引入不同文化語境之中，使之重新發光。這樣的學術情誼，正是國際研討會最動人的意義之一：在知識之外，我們也建立理解與信任的連結。
本屆會議能夠順利舉辦，仰賴各合作機構的支持與學界同仁的共同努力。從坎培拉這個距離中國文學原鄉遙遠的地方出發，我們反而更能以一種開放的視野，重新凝視《紅樓夢》的世界性與當代性。這不僅是一場學術研討會，更是一種文化的再出發。
《紅樓夢》之所以動人，在於它不斷向不同時代的人提問：何為情？何為夢？何為人生的真與幻？而我們在此相聚，正是為了在各自的生命與學術經驗中，回應這些問題。
誠摯歡迎各位學者蒞臨參與，願我們在這兩日的交流之中，不僅深化學術理解，也共同見證《紅樓夢》在當代世界持續綻放的光芒。
